Software Development Coordinator

I always had a passion for software design and development, and in 2018 I got a great offer at inncosys, is a very challenging startup where I've grown in different areas and put my hobby & passion of drawing into action. So far leading a team of 20+ people (UX Designers/Researchers, Developers and QA Testers) We've delivered 4 large PWA projects, 3 mobile apps, and over 30 CMS websites for our customers during my stay. Nevertheless I began this journey as a UI Designer which is my biggest passion, I made from scratch Web & Mobile Applications that are now on the market.

Soon enough I got some leadership skills and got an offer in the startup OutSales, here I worked as a Sales Manager for 3+ years. I lead a team of 3 telemarketers and 3 Salespersons, implemented a successful CRM Process and grew revenue for all of our contractors. I closed important deals OutSuorcing in the name of our clients with important companies like Nestle, Grupo Bimbo, among others.
